The Singing Teacher is a “personification” of “Pacha-mama” (mother earth) who is embodied in a human hybrid character teaching a rooster how to sing. It’s a poetic construction of the infinite wisdom of mother nature. The rooster represents the natural world that has been shaped and formed by the teachings of the earth’s wisdom since the beginning of time. The “singing teacher” is also a representation of the shamanic power that dives into the deepest realms of mysticism of the natural world to communicate and guide the community towards a better future. It’s a magical and oneiric personification of a greater wisdom that seems to be every day further from human life.
