I started Teaboco in 2020 due to my passion for sustainability and love for bubble tea! My product is a reusable glass tumbler set that can be used for Tea, Boba(Bubble Tea) , Coffee and any other cold drink
THE KIT
Our 10-piece tumbler set comes with:
- 24oz/700ml premium borosilicate glass tumbler
- Food-grade silicone sleeve & coaster
- Dual-use BPA-free lid
- Each set comes with a wide-mouth straw with diameter of 12mm, and a regular straw with a diameter of 6mm. Both straws are 23cm each.2 stainless steel straws-one for regular liquids; one for Bubble Teas
- Brush cleaner and straw case
- Tumbler tote bagThe kit comprises of two different diameters of straws.
our tumbler and silicone sleeve/coaster are dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend NOT microwaving the lid or straws.

- Our tumbler is 21cm tall, with a bottom diameter of 8cm and top diameter of 11cm
- Our tumbler is made with hand-blown borosilicate glass, it has a higher temperature tolerance than regular glass. You can have both cold and hot drinks in our tumbler, and keep your hands safe with our silicone sleeve.
- Our tumbler and silicone sleeve/coaster are microwave safe. We recommend NOT microwaving the lid or straws.
- Yes! Our entire tumbler set is dishwasher-safe.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping with the order of 2 or more items anywhere to Canada or USA. Otherwise for one item the cost to ship is $9.98
It takes 1-2 days to process orders, and delivery time depends on the shipping location. Domestic orders within Canada usually ship within 3-5 business days. Orders to the USA will usually take 4-7 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days or more. You will be provided tracking information.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
